Join Micron Semiconductors as an Intern in Probe Equipment Engineering, where you will gain hands-on experience in Tool Installation and Qualification. This is an exciting opportunity to dive into the semiconductor manufacturing process and contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives. You will work closely with experienced engineers to ensure the reliability and performance of critical probe equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing semiconductor manufacturing data to identify trends, designing tracking dashboards to monitor equipment health, and supporting the qualification of new tool installations. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and ready to contribute to a world-class engineering environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation, set-up, and qualification of probe equipment and test fixtures.
- Analyze manufacturing data to generate reports and identify performance improvements.
- Design and maintain tracking dashboards to monitor tool status and yield metrics.
- Support the documentation of test procedures, installation logs, and qualification reports.
- Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting on probe card and equipment interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Engineering and Equipment Maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
