As an Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of wet benches and chemical processing equipment. You will work alongside experienced engineers to solve complex process challenges, ensuring yield improvement and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the operation and monitoring of wet processing equipment (spin coaters, developers, etchers, etc.)
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and equipment failures
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and data logging activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and yield enhancements
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations in the wet lab environment
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
- Strong academic background in chemistry, fluid dynamics, or semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with semiconductor cleanroom protocols and safety standards is highly desirable
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Basic knowledge of PLC systems or data analysis tools is a plus
