Are you ready to shape the future of memory technology? Micron Semiconductors is seeking a highly motivated Product Integration Engineer (PIE) Intern to join our Yield Enhancement team in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI-driven data analytics and cutting-edge 3D-NAND semiconductor manufacturing.
As an intern, you will immerse yourself in the high-stakes world of semiconductor yield optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, ensuring our production processes remain the industry standard for quality and efficiency. If you are passionate about data science, semiconductor physics, and process integration, this internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a world-class manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the analysis of 3D-NAND device performance and yield data to identify process bottlenecks.
- Leverage AI and machine learning tools to automate data processing and anomaly detection.
- Participate in root-cause analysis (RCA) activities for yield excursions during the production lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Process and Integration teams to validate new material or process recipe changes.
- Maintain and update technical documentation related to yield improvement projects and engineering experiments.
- Support the design and execution of short-loop experiments to evaluate device performance improvements.
- Analyze electrical test results and physical failure analysis reports to drive process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes.
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis purposes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical data to diverse team members.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in keeping up with emerging technologies in the memory semiconductor industry.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration as per academic requirements.
