In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment, supporting our operations team in maintaining high-quality standards. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn about food safety protocols, specifically HACCP and ISO 22000 systems. You will assist in documenting production records, monitoring processes, and participating in continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or current students to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting while earning a monthly stipend of RM 600. Tanggung Jawab
- Production Support: Assist the production team with daily operations and workflow management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production logs and records in compliance with company standards.
- Quality Systems: Support the implementation and monitoring of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and ISO 22000 food safety systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement programs to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Area Hygiene: Ensure production floors and workstations are clean, organized, and adhere to hygiene regulations.
- Reporting: Assist in collecting and reporting production data and performance metrics to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Kualifikasi
- Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Production, or a related field.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain precision and accuracy in recording data and monitoring processes.
- Knowledge of Standards: Basic understanding of quality management systems, HACCP, and ISO standards is an advantage.
- Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical Stamina: Physically fit to perform tasks on the production floor.
- Commitment: Available for a fixed-term internship commitment.
