We are committed to innovation and operational excellence, and we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Smart Lean Intern to join our team in Singapore. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in applying Smart Lean principles within a real manufacturing environment.
As a Smart Lean Intern, you will work alongside our skilled engineering team to conduct production shopfloor studies and drive Smart Lean initiatives. You will be involved in data collection, process mapping, and the analysis of current workflows to identify inefficiencies and waste. This role requires a proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, participating in problem-solving sessions, and assisting with the development of standard work documentation. You will also have the chance to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the digital transformation of our manufacturing processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support engineers in conducting Smart Lean studies on the production shopfloor
- Collect and analyze process data to identify waste and improvement opportunities
- Participate in Kaizen events and help implement Lean initiatives
- Map value streams and create process flow diagrams
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard work documentation
- Utilize digital tools for data visualization and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing is a plus
