In this role, you will support our Software Quality Assurance (QA) team in identifying defects, verifying fixes, and maintaining high standards of software reliability. You will work closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and execute comprehensive test plans. We are looking for a proactive learner who is eager to dive into the world of software testing and automation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the execution of manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects in the bug tracking system (JIRA) with high precision.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align on testing goals.
- Conduct regression testing for new features and bug fixes to prevent future issues.
- Perform data validation and sanity checks to ensure data integrity across applications.
- Stay updated with the latest QA trends and testing methodologies to propose process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with any testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) or version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
