You will play a vital role in supporting our end-to-end supply chain processes, including tender management, cost estimation, and contract administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents and project quotations.
- Support the Quantity Surveying team in monitoring project costs and preparing progress claims.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and procurement efficiency.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of material costs and supply chain documentation.
- Support administrative tasks related to project site visits and contract administration.
- Analyze supply chain bottlenecks and suggest improvements for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication between procurement and operations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and basic contractual terms.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A team player who is willing to take initiative and learn from senior experts in the field.
- Prior internship experience or involvement in university project management clubs is an added advantage.
