Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in delivering Mandarin language lessons effectively.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials, handouts, and visual aids.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students needing extra support.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback on assignments and exams.
- Facilitate interactive learning activities to enhance student engagement.
- Manage classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to student records and attendance.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (Native or near-native level preferred).
- Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in tutoring or teaching (unpaid or paid) is highly desirable.
- Currently enrolled in a university program or a fresh graduate.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different teaching methodologies.
