Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive operational and financial internal audits across different business units.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems and risk management processes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and provide value-added recommendations to enhance business processes.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management, highlighting findings, risks, and proposed corrective actions.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct special investigations and ad-hoc reviews as requested by the Audit Committee or Board.
- Stay updated on local regulations and industry standards to ensure organizational compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in Internal Audit or External Audit (Public Accounting firm background is a plus).
- Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, and COSO framework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA is highly desirable.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
