Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial and operational audits to evaluate internal controls and compliance with policies/regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and potential fraud indicators
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and implementation timelines
- Collaborate with department heads to develop corrective action plans and monitor progress
- Stay updated on evolving audit standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices
- Mentor junior audit staff and ensure adherence to audit methodologies
- Participate in special investigations and forensic audits as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CIA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial/compliance auditing, preferably in retail/manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Expertise in risk assessment frameworks and internal control evaluation
- Advanced proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments
