Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the execution of audit programs to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Conduct field audits across various departments and business units to ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Perform detailed testing of financial and operational transactions to identify discrepancies or risks.
- Prepare accurate and professional audit working papers and documentation.
- Support the audit team in tracking the progress of management action plans and corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and internal auditing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh Graduate or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in Internal Audit, Finance, or Accounting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- High integrity, professional ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to travel if required.
