Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate internal audit activities across Head Office, manufacturing plants, and distribution channels
- Develop comprehensive audit plans aligned with organizational risk assessments and regulatory requirements
- Lead audit teams in executing fieldwork, analyzing findings, and documenting observations
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for process improvements
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions and track audit progress through closure
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve control deficiencies and enhance operational efficiency
- Stay current with industry regulations and emerging audit methodologies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification required
- Proven experience in manufacturing/distribution industry audits
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory frameworks (OJK, BPKP)
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in audit software and data analysis tools
- Excellent report writing and presentation abilities in both Bahasa and English
- High ethical standards and ability to work with cross-functional teams
