Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive internal audit programs to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Conduct thorough fieldwork, including interviews, observation, and document reviews to assess operational efficiency and compliance.
- Identify process gaps and internal control weaknesses, proposing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management, highlighting findings, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
- Collaborate with department heads to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical business practices.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, accounting standards, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills are a must).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CPA is highly preferred.
