Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular internal audits and control reviews across various departments to ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Identify and evaluate operational risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Monitor and verify the implementation of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive internal control reports for management review, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all financial and operational activities comply with established policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and site visits as part of the overall control monitoring program.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or External Audit (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
