Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive internal quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage and maintain document control systems for quality procedures and compliance records
- Monitor manufacturing and logistics processes to identify quality deviations and improvement opportunities
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management with actionable recommendations
- Facilitate quality training programs to enhance team awareness and compliance
- Track key performance indicators related to quality metrics and process efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
- Certification in ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, auditing techniques, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in quality management software and document control systems
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in documentation and reporting
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across departments
