As an Internal Quality Engineer, you will be at the forefront of quality assurance initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality control systems, conduct thorough inspections, and drive continuous improvement processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and resolving quality issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures for electronic and semiconductor products
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Analyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, control plans, and corrective action plans
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in electronics or semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and tools
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or quality management is a plus
