Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in collections, account management, or related field
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and industry regulations
