You will also be involved in product demonstrations, technical presentations, and providing after-sales support. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and technical documentation to potential clients.
- Collaborate with external sales teams to identify customer needs and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate data.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery.
- Provide after-sales technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering or technical support role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market trends.
