Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical support to the sales team and clients regarding our vacuum pump and system solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical advantages of Busch equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed quotations, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Analyze customer requirements to recommend the most suitable vacuum technology solutions.
- Liaise between the sales department and the engineering/production departments to ensure project accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records with accurate technical data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide competitive insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role within the industrial machinery sector.
- Strong understanding of vacuum technology, pumps, or industrial automation is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and trade shows as required.
