Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for internal solar PV project teams.
- Coordinate with engineering designers to ensure accurate system layouts and specifications.
- Prepare and manage detailed technical documentation, including project manuals and compliance reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting performance issues for solar PV systems and components.
- Liaise between field technicians and the design office to resolve installation discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze solar system performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and local renewable energy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support or project coordination, preferably within the solar or construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and solar PV design schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical aptitude for hardware and system diagnostics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
