- Monitor airline fare fluctuations and promotional offers
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and documentation requirements
Kualifikasi
- 1-2 years experience in airfare management or travel coordination
- Proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Strong knowledge of global airline policies and fare structures
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
