Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate relationships with international F&B suppliers and distributors to expand our partner network.
- Develop and execute comprehensive market entry strategies for new international brands entering Indonesia.
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, competition, and consumer preferences in the food and beverage sector.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and distribution terms with external partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align on partnership goals and product launches.
- Monitor market performance and provide regular reports on partnership activities and revenue growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the F&B or International Trade industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing long-term B2B relationships.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective communication with international and local stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for business meetings and trade shows.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
