Apollo Food Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into global markets. This is an exciting opportunity to drive our export growth strategy and establish strategic partnerships across international territories.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new international markets for exports, developing new business accounts, and ensuring the delivery of business KPIs set by the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute market entry strategies, negotiate international contracts, and build long-term relationships with global distributors and retailers.

- Identify and evaluate new international markets for export opportunities and market expansion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international business accounts
- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with international distributors, retailers, and partners
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localization strategies for target markets
- Prepare and present business proposals, forecasts, and reports to senior management
- Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and business missions to generate leads
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development or export sales
- Proven track record of successfully entering new international markets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with cross-cultural competence
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, or other Asian languages) is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (30-50% travel required)
