Join Lion Parcel, a leading logistics and delivery service provider, as an International Business Development Manager. In this contract role based in Jakarta, you will be the driving force behind our global expansion efforts. We are looking for a strategic thinker and a skilled negotiator who can identify new market opportunities, forge high-value international partnerships, and accelerate our revenue growth.
As a key player in our sales and expansion team, you will conduct in-depth market analysis to understand global logistics trends and pinpoint areas for strategic entry. You will represent Lion Parcel in high-stakes negotiations, building long-lasting relationships with overseas partners, vendors, and key enterprise clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new international business opportunities to expand Lion Parcel's global footprint.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partnerships, and competitive landscapes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead strategic negotiations and close business deals that align with the company's revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute comprehensive international sales strategies and business plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in business development, international sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, market dynamics, and cross-border logistics.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a strong plus.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable business strategies.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with partners and clients.
