Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive international market entry strategies for beauty products
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Lead negotiations and contract finalization with international stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create localized go-to-market campaigns
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on international business performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or International Relations
- Minimum 5+ years in business development with 3+ years in international markets
- Proven track record in FMCG/beauty industry expansion
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Exceptional negotiation and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and international trade regulations
