HashMicro is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented International Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts across the Asia-Pacific region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B SaaS ERP solutions by identifying new market opportunities and establishing strategic partnerships. You will serve as the bridge between our company and international clients, ensuring our cutting-edge ERP systems meet the diverse needs of businesses in the region.
Your primary focus will be on the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of international markets while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets within the APAC region.
- Identify, qualify, and secure strategic partnerships with local distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
- Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to contract finalization.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze competitor landscape, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
- Represent HashMicro at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS or ERP software industry.
- Proven experience in international business development with a strong focus on the APAC market.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and the software sales lifecycle.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
