- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth across global markets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of business development professionals
- Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities for food product expansion
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distributors, partners, and clients
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive business plans and sales forecasts for international markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market demands
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the food/FMCG industry
- Strong proficiency in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales methodologies
