Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate ocean freight quotes for export consignments based on client specifications.
- Coordinate with international carriers, agents, and ground transportation partners to facilitate door-to-door shipments.
- Negotiate freight rates and service levels to ensure cost-efficiency and competitiveness for our clients.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively manage any delays or operational disruptions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of quotes, bookings, and logistical documentation in our management system.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, documentation requirements, and customs procedures.
- Provide exceptional communication to internal stakeholders and clients regarding shipment status and transit updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in ocean freight forwarding or international logistics.
- Proficiency in freight quoting software and logistics management systems.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, ocean container types, and global shipping routes.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and numerical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
