Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with international organizations, NGOs, and corporate entities
- Identify new partnership opportunities in key global markets aligned with organizational goals
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement partnership initiatives and deliverables
- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular impact reports to stakeholders
- Represent the foundation at international conferences, events, and stakeholder meetings
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and partnership opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development or business development
- Proven track record of managing international relationships and collaborations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language
- Strong network of international contacts in relevant sectors
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
