In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue across regional markets. You will work closely with key decision-makers in property development, facility management, and hospitality sectors, positioning cutting-edge smart washroom solutions that enhance hygiene and sustainability.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets across assigned regional markets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients including property developers, facility managers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in sanitary, washroom, building materials, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
