Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients and distributors in key international markets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in target regions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic sales plans
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized promotional strategies
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Coordinate logistics for international shipments and distribution channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and professional English proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales or business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with cross-cultural awareness
- Proven ability to develop and execute market entry strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 30% of time)
