Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, cultivate, and expand business opportunities within assigned international markets.
- Manage the end-to-end export sales process, from inquiry handling to final delivery and after-sales support.
- Prepare and process essential export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal logistics, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment and supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international distributors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company export policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with high motivation or professionals with 1-3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of export procedures, international logistics (Incoterms), and customs regulations.
- Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with global partners.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang and demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented work ethic.
