Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import shipments for India and Labuan trade routes
- Prepare, verify, and submit trade documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, bills of lading)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve logistics disruptions proactively
- Optimize trade routes and documentation processes for cost efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of trade activities and compliance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in international trade operations or logistics
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export regulations
- Proficiency in trade documentation software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Trade Management)
- Certification in trade compliance (e.g., CSCP, CITT) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and additional language (e.g., Hindi, Mandarin) beneficial
