Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain high-speed internet equipment for residential and commercial clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, signal degradation, and hardware malfunctions promptly.
- Perform site surveys to determine optimal installation points for routers, modems, and cabling.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on network infrastructure to ensure system stability and performance.
- Provide clear, technical guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Document all service activities, installations, and repairs in the company management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex network outages.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience as an Internet Technician, Field Service Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN configurations, and fiber optic cabling.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as multimeters, cable testers, and signal meters.
- Ability to work in various environments, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- National Certificate (NC II) in Computer Systems Servicing or Telecom OSP is highly preferred.
