Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the purchasing department in daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Support the procurement team in vendor communication and purchase order (PO) processing.
- Maintain and update vendor databases and supply records for inventory accuracy.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Perform data entry and prepare monthly purchasing reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify purchase requisitions and stock availability.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and gathering market price comparisons.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates who are eager to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in supply chain and procurement cycles.
