We are excited to offer a robust internship opportunity for a talented and driven individual to join our Asset Intelligence & Governance team in Cyberjaya. This position provides a deep dive into the world of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Physical Asset Lifecycle Management. You will work directly with our experienced consultants and analysts to ensure optimal performance and compliance of our organizational assets.
As an intern, you will not be fetching coffee; you will be contributing to real projects that drive efficiency and transparency. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing the physical asset lifecycle within the ERP system, including tracking acquisition, transfers, and disposals.
- Perform regular asset audits and data validation to ensure 100% accuracy of the asset register.
- Generate and analyze Asset Intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the team in developing and implementing governance policies for IT and physical assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve process workflows.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for asset management.
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance training (UAT) for new ERP modules.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with data management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team.
- Eager to learn about ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and asset lifecycle management.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Prior internship experience in IT, data analysis, or administration is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
