Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes, pastries, and confectioneries according to brand standards
- Execute creative cake designs and seasonal promotions with precision
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene protocols in all baking processes
- Collaborate with senior chefs to develop new recipes and product innovations
- Manage inventory control for baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure consistent product quality and visual presentation
- Participate in training sessions to refine baking and decorating techniques
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in culinary arts, hospitality, or related program (or recent graduate)
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients
