Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce services, offers, and gather feedback.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries generated from marketing campaigns promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve basic inquiries, redirecting complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Support the daily administrative and communication activities of the call centre team.
- Achieve daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call volume and quality targets.
- Prepare simple reports on call outcomes, customer feedback, and lead conversion rates for the team lead.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- A customer-centric mindset with a friendly and confident telephone manner.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Self-disciplined, motivated, and target-oriented with a positive learning attitude.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship period of at least 3 months in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
- Previous experience in a part-time role involving customer service or sales is a bonus but not required.
