Tanggung Jawab
- Create engaging visual content (graphics, videos, and photos) for company social media and internal communications.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Support the team in managing brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Brainstorm creative concepts for social media campaigns that highlight our manufacturing processes and corporate culture.
- Assist in basic video editing and motion graphic production for promotional use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document factory events and operational milestones.
- Perform administrative tasks related to content scheduling and performance tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
- Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and digital content marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
- Portfolio submission (or links to past projects) is highly preferred.
- Able to work onsite in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
