Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and processing large datasets related to automotive supply chain operations.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track production management KPIs and performance trends.
- Support the Tactical & Strategic Planning team by performing deep-dive analyses on inventory and demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in production processes and propose data-driven improvements.
- Prepare regular analytical reports and presentations for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh perspectives to ongoing supply chain optimization projects.
- Document data workflows and methodology to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the department.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is essential.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of SQL and an interest in learning data manipulation libraries (Python/R).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into simple business insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multinational corporate environment.
