As an EHS Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our experienced safety professionals to ensure our facility maintains the highest standards of compliance, risk mitigation, and operational safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the EHS team in conducting regular safety audits and hazard identification inspections across the production floor.
- Support the documentation and tracking of EHS compliance records and incident reporting systems.
- Help monitor and verify the maintenance of fire safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory.
- Participate in EHS committee meetings and assist in drafting safety bulletins and awareness materials.
- Collect and analyze data related to workplace safety incidents to identify potential trends.
- Support the team in conducting risk assessments (HIRARC) for new processes or equipment installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic industrial safety principles and Malaysian EHS regulations (OSHA 1994, FMA 1967).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey safety concepts clearly.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Must be available for a minimum internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility regarding safety protocols.
