In this hands-on role, you will gain invaluable experience in both front-of-house service and back-of-house kitchen operations. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced staff to learn the ropes of food preparation, customer service excellence, and restaurant management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the kitchen crew with food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them with enthusiasm.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process payments and handle customer inquiries.
- Support the service team with refilling drinks and clearing tables to ensure a smooth dining flow.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies regarding food handling.
- Learn and apply basic culinary techniques and service procedures under supervision.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality, culinary, or business-related degree program.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physically fit and willing to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
- Willingness to work in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas as required.
