Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Participate in client meetings, business development pitches, and networking events to build professional acumen.
- Manage and curate content for the company's social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and improve project delivery.
- Prepare insightful presentations, proposals, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Take on ad-hoc projects that provide a comprehensive understanding of the financial services ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a strong advantage.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and genuine curiosity about the banking and financial services industry.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior internship experience, project work, or extracurricular leadership roles are highly desirable.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time internship duration (typically 3-6 months).
