Are you an IT student looking to kickstart your career in Project Management? iFAST Global Hub AI is seeking a motivated Project Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside project managers and business owners to drive successful project delivery.
You will be responsible for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing user requirements to ensure our AI solutions meet client needs. You will also play a key role in creating comprehensive documentation and assisting in the planning and execution of various IT projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between technical development and business strategy in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Business Owners to define project scope and objectives.
- Gather, review, and analyze detailed user requirements for new software features and systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early.
- Support the quality assurance process by testing features and reporting bugs.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Enthusiastic about AI and fintech technologies.
