Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of logistics IT solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the daily maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
- Generate and analyze logistics performance dashboards using data analytics tools, identifying key trends and areas for process automation.
- Participate actively in system testing cycles, including functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional logistics, IT, and operations teams to troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical user support.
- Document technical business processes, create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain system configuration records.
- Contribute to critical data integrity initiatives, including data cleansing, migration, and validation projects across the supply chain network.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) is a significant advantage.
- Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A self-starter with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Available to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of 3 to 6 months, starting immediately or as agreed.
