Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and analyze operational requirements.
- Assist in the documentation and modeling of business processes using UML and flowcharts.
- Support the implementation of digitalization and automation projects within the Finance and Corporate Functions domain.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and prepare detailed specifications for IT solutions.
- Analyze data to provide insights that drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Conduct testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
- Prepare training materials and user guides for new system implementations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex business problems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant coursework or projects in business analysis or systems analysis will be an advantage.
