Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for IT Integrity projects and compliance initiatives.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Use Cases, User Stories, Process Maps, and BRDs.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support data analysis activities to identify trends, gaps, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, project managers) to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Conduct research on industry best practices to support continuous improvement and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
