- Analyze business requirements and processes to identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
- Support the implementation and testing of new features on our subscription and development platforms
- Assist in creating documentation including process flows, user stories, and test cases
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends
- Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
