Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and assist in the daily operations of the production line to ensure optimal output.
- Perform routine quality control checks and inspections on finished products.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of basic machinery and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage.
- Document production data accurately and report any operational anomalies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Strong interest in manufacturing processes, production lines, and industrial engineering.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced factory environment.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, safety standards, and quality control concepts.
- High level of enthusiasm, discipline, and a willingness to learn.
