Tanggung Jawab
- Support manufacturing engineers in daily production operations and process troubleshooting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance) to resolve production issues.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new equipment and tooling.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards within the plant.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic track record with a keen interest in manufacturing operations.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CAD software is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a hands-on attitude.
